We're looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience and a passion for food prep.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to a menu or recipe.
• Use common kitchen utensils and equipment such as knives, pots, pans, slicers, woks, grills and ovens to cook food.
• Manage portions and costs when cooking food using herbs, sauces, spices and various ingredients.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Communicate with waitstaff to maintain proper flow of food through the restaurant.
